Independent brand strategy consultancy OPEN Strategy & Design has announced three leadership appointments as part of its senior leadership team.
The company has elevated Radhika Dhuru and Vatsala Bisen to the role of Executive Creative Director, while Varun Bedi has been appointed Executive Business Director.
The three executives collectively bring nearly six decades of experience across branding, design and business leadership.
As Executive Creative Director, Bisen will continue to lead brand strategy and creative work across luxury, lifestyle and consumer brands. Her portfolio includes Manish Malhotra, Jack Daniel's and Zivame.
Dhuru, who also took over as the Executive Creative Director, will oversee brand transformation and design initiatives, with responsibilities including creative leadership, client partnerships and mentoring the agency's design team. During her career, she has worked on branding and design projects for Coca-Cola, Manish Malhotra, Café Coffee Day and Jack Daniel's.
Bedi will lead client partnerships, business development and project delivery across the agency. His experience spans sectors including FMCG, finance, hospitality, D2C and corporate businesses.
